We have a Strict 10 day return policy on store returns and shipped returns. Our items sell quickly. we do not guarantee an exchange will be available. Call us if you would like to check on that item when returning.
Please do not send back jewelry, hats or belts.
All sale items are final.
All returns must be in Perfect condition, with out signs of wear, smells and tags in place.
We will credit you for returns that are in our time period.
We do not REFUND unless it is an out of stock item.
RETURNS ARE PROCESSED IN 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS. WE WILL SEND A CREDIT VOUCHER TO USE ON LINE TO THE EMAIL ADDRESS YOU HAVE PROVIDED. WE "DO NOT" REFUND!
You are responsible for shipping an item back to us at your cost and pay shipping to resend.
If we have an error in your order we will refund you to return the item. We try to keep our prices fair and can not absorb extra shipping charges. We do not refund shipping. We appreciate your business and do our best to work with you on returns.
